What concerns me is that the Fed now has i...Hi Don<br /><br />What concerns me is that the Fed now has its own fiscal health in mind; since its balance sheet is bloated with Treasuries like never before, the bottom line of the Fed is impacted by its own interest rate policies. As interest rates rise, the value of the Fed's balance sheet will drop and, as I've noted before, this drop could be drastic.
