But so far from what I have heard on the news and read, this plan seems overly complicated. Not only is this complicated I'm sure it’s full of loop-holes that have yet to fixed and will be exploited. By the general nature of things in the ACA it seems that a new branch of the government is going to be needed just to get this thing to work. We must look at how we can cut healthcare cost so as to get more and better coverage for the money spent. Extending care to give the most "basic coverage" to everyone would require some rationing of service to contain cost, I'm not optimistic that the complex Obamacare scheme will accomplish that goal.
