Davos 2023 - The New Systems and a Reset of the Great Reset

Apparently, even though there is a climate emergency, the global ruling class simply cannot get enough air time in their private jets and, once again as they have for the past five decades, will find themselves living it up at the 53rd Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.  This year's edition is entitled "Cooperation in a Fragmented World" and, by looking at the programme, the organ donor class can get a sense of the issues that are important to the oligarchy.

Here is part of the introduction to the programme:

"The world today is at a critical inflection point. The twin triggers of the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine rattled an already brittle global system. Economic growth in the world’s largest economies is stalling, while navigating headwinds from rising food and energy prices. For the first time since the 1970s, the world is facing a precarious disequilibrium with growth and inflation moving in oppositive directions. This is occurring alongside heightened geo-economic fragmentation, financial sector vulnerabilities, including stretched asset prices and high debt levels, and a climate crisis spiralling out of control, which could magnify any growth slowdown, particularly in emerging markets. Unless these systemic and interconnected risks are addressed, the promise of a “decade of action” may become a decade of uncertainty and fragility.

According to the WEF and in a wonderful case of WEF-speak, the basic tenet of this year's programme is "...the premise that the current crises, as serious as they are, are manifestations of larger systemic deficiencies accrued over time..." and that they are also "...the result of a narrow vision of systems as sectors rather than true multidisciplinary, networked entities that are highly dynamic, particularly in the context of the meta trends of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and climate change..."  Of course, with the Fourth Industrial Revolution being Schwab's love child, they are obligated to mention 4IR, aren't they?

Each of the subjects being offered for discussion and contemplation in the programme are accompanied with a solution which, as you will notice, is led with the words "New System" which, I'm guessing, is a rephrasing/reset of the term "Great Reset" which has become a term that has been much discussed among those of us who don't subscribe to the WEF's vision of the future and would, in some quarters, being considered conspiracy theorists.

Here are the issues that will be dealt with by the attendees/global god class at Davos:

1.) Addressing the Current Energy and Food Crises in the context of a New System for Energy, Climate and Nature.  In this section, attendees will look at critical measures to accelerate energy transition, parcitulalry decoupling economic growth from the growth in energy consumption which has been the key to GDP growth for centuries.  Perhaps the ruling class thinks that unicorn farts and fairy dust will replace conventional energy sources.

Here is an interesting graphic from a lengthy report by Dr. Simon P. Michaux on energy and completely replacing fossil fuels showing the historical link between the growth in energy use and economic growth:

As well, Given that energy consumption by source looks like this:

...it is highly unlikely that renewables will be able to provide the amount of energy needed to sustain and grow the global economy by 2030.  Perhaps the ruling class thinks that unicorn farts and fairy dust will replace conventional energy sources and will allow for sustained economic growth far into the future.

2.) Addressing the Current High Inflation, Low Growth, High Debt Economy in the context of a New System for Investment, Trade and Infrastructure.  Given that inflation has been created by central bank monetary expansion and debt-fuelled spending by governments which has led to tightening of monetary policies which have created pain for consumers, the WEF suggests that "in a multipolar world, refashioning the economic agenda along strategic lines and rebuilding trust in the international system will take careful collaboration between all stakeholders and a new vision for economic prosperity and development."  And there we have even more of that meaningless WEF-speak.

3.) Addressing the Current Industry Headwinds in the context of a New System for Harnessing Frontier Technologies for Private Sector Innovation and Resilience.  Here we have the hard-selling of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) as quoted here (with my bold):

"Industries are being forced to reassess their investment, production and innovation decisions with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), climate change and geopolitical fragmentation of recent years. To navigate the current friction points and to strengthen future competitiveness, companies will need to foster emerging technologies of 4IR as well as optimize for agility."

You would almost be forgiven for thinking that 4IR will be the panacea for all of the global woes!

4.) Addressing the Current Social Vulnerabilities in the context of a New System for Work, Skills and Care.  With workers leaving their jobs, high numbers of unfilled jobs, tight labour markets and declining real wages, the WEF "... calls for a new social contract that supports strong investment in education, skills and healthcare that fills unmet demand, lays the ground for social mobility and ultimately future-proofs economies."

But, then again, if you own nothing and are happy, why would you need a job?

5. Addressing the Current Geopolitical Risks in the context of a New System for Dialogue and Cooperation in a Multipolar World.  Here's a direct quote from this part of the programme remembering that the World Economic Forum has long called for a multipolar world and that by stakeholders, they mean global capitalists (i.e. their corporate members):

"Systems that brought common benefit, such as trade, have been used as weapons to punish rivals, and areas that were once paragons of cooperation, like climate change, are at risk of becoming frontlines of competition. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was the latest move away from what was, for the first quarter century after the end of the Cold War, a largely cooperative global order. The geopolitical vane turned from cooperation to competition. There is a growing need for a new global system that is more stakeholder based and equipped to handle the dynamics of the 21st century.

Here's a list of who will be invited to the Annual Meeting just in case you thought that you might wish to attend (hint - you're not invited) to give you a sense of who is driving the New System agenda:

1.) Chief executives and chairs of the Forum 1,000 Partner companies actively engaged in initiatives and communities such as the International Business Council, Community of Chairpersons and Industry Governors

2.) Public figures from across the world including G7 and G20 countries, as well as heads of International Organizations

3.) Leaders from the foremost civil society, labour, media organizations as well as top thinkers and academics

4.) Members of the Global Innovators and Technology Pioneers community, the Community of Global Shapers, the Forum of Young Global Leaders and the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship

So, there you have it.  Davos 2023 is looking like a reset of the Great Reset under the guise of New Systems which, hopefully, will allow the global ruling class to foist its dystopian agenda on us all before we even know what has hit us.

The Great Reset Roadmap

The global political ruling class has released a document that plainly lays out the roadmap for the Great Reset aka Build Back Better agenda.

Here is the cover page for the G20 Action Plan on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and G20 Development Commitments and here is a link to the entire document should you wish to peruse it yourself:

With both Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab being in attendance, you can assure yourself that their requirements for the Great Reset have been included in the 2022 edition of our collective roadmap for the future.  Let's look at some key excerpts, keeping in mind that "sustainable development" plays a key role in the future.  In case you have forgotten, here is a graphic showing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which forms the foundation for the Great Reset roadmap:

...and a video which briefly outlines the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development:

Here is a quote from the document showing how this document is rebranding the Great Reset which has not particularly been well received by thinking serfs:

"Recover Together, Recover Stronger: Reaffirming Global Partnership and Reinvigorating Multilateralism in Fostering Recovery and 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development"

Here are some of their plans for our collective futures (my bolds throughout) by subject matter:

1.) Environment (page 21 and 22) which includes behavioural modification for the serf class:

a.) Support scaling up sustainable finance for protecting, conserving, sustainably using and restoring all ecosystems, such as but not limited to surface and ground water wetlands including peatlands and mangroves, coral reefs, forest, marine and other unique ecosystems with close cooperation and collaboration with the G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group and the Finance track of the G20, and call for additional progress in addressing the priority actions identified in the G20 Sustainable Finance Roadmap for stepping up G20-led efforts concerning finance for nature, biodiversity, circular economy and resource efficiency, water, sanitation and social issues.

b.) Strengthen policies to enhance the participation in sustainable finance of public and private financial institutions, including multilateral development banks (MDBs), and other relevant public and private institutions.

c.) Highlight the role of fiscal policies that can play as an effective instrument to foster behavioral changes in businesses and consumers for steering the economy on the whole towards greater sustainability, leaving no one behind and encourage initiatives to scale up and maximize these instruments, including through international partnerships among countries to finance land protection, conservation, sustainable management and restoration programs and projects.

2.) Digital Economy (page 23) noting that the digital economy is key to the implementation of CBDCs, digital identities and ultimately control over the serf class:

a.) Acknowledged the role of digital connectivity as an essential enabler of digital inclusion and digital transformation and recognized the need to protect digital infrastructure. It demonstrated the complex interplay between digital connectivity and the social context within which the technology is embedded for expanding connectivity through the provision of policy and regulatory frameworks to support the achievement of the SDGs.

b.) Foster the discussion on enabling digital identity systems to harness the benefits of the digital economy.

3.) Agriculture (page 24) noting that Bill Gates, the world's foremost clean hands, non-farmer farmer and a very heavy promoter of technological advances in agriculture that will ultimately benefit him:

a.) Committed to step up efforts to enhance sustainable agriculture and food systems and highlight the fundamental priority of safeguarding food security and the importance of both adaptation and mitigation for climate resilient agriculture.

b.) Acknowledge the role of digital technologies in promoting sustainable agriculture and food systems, and therefore supports a G20 digital food and agriculture knowledge-sharing product (through report or website).

4.) Energy/Energy Transition (pages 29 and 30):

a.) Sets out voluntary multiyear actions to get on track to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and lays pathways towards net zero emissions or carbon neutrality according to national circumstances--in line with the principles of clean, sustainable, just, affordable, and inclusive transitions.

b.) Increase International cooperation in technological solutions through reducing emissions, including in the power and energy-intensive (hard-to-abate) industries & sectors. This technology improvement must be supported by funding, innovation, and Research, Development, Demonstration, Dissemination & Deployment (RDDD&D) in maximizing the available technology and integrating it with the next generation technology.

At the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meeting back in February 2022 and which was reaffirmed in this roadmap, this was discussed as quoted in the roadmap:

"Recognize that policy mix toward carbon neutrality and net zero should include a full range of fiscal, market and regulatory mechanisms including, if appropriate, the use of carbon pricing mechanisms and incentives, and phase out and rationalize, over the medium term, inefficient fossil fuel subsidies that encourage wasteful consumption and commit to achieve this objective, while providing targeted support to the poorest and most vulnerable, and in line with national circumstances. Recognize that G20 Finance Track policy dialogue on the macroeconomic and fiscal impact of climate change policies could benefit from further technical work.

5.) Trade and Investment (pages 29 and 30):

Ensure trade and environment policies are mutually supportive, consistent with WTO and multilateral environmental agreements and should allow for the optimal use of the world's resources as a contribution to accelerating progress towards the achievement of SDGs, including on affordable and clean energy, on industry, innovation and infrastructure, on sustainable consumption and climate actions, life below water, and life on land.

6.) Climate and Green Finance (pages 36 and 37):

a.) Reiterate that our policy mix toward carbon neutrality and net zero should include a full range of fiscal, market and regulatory mechanisms including, as appropriate, the use of carbon pricing and non-pricing mechanisms and incentives, and phase out and rationalize, over the medium term, inefficient fossil fuel subsidies that encourage wasteful consumption and commit to achieve this objective, while providing targeted support to the poorest and most vulnerable, and in line with national circumstances.

b.) Recognize the challenges faced by many developing countries in accessing finance and technology for that purpose. In this regard, urge the fulfilment of the commitment made by developed countries, to the goal of mobilizing jointly USD 100 billion in climate finance per year by 2020 and annually through to 2025 to address the needs of developing countries, in the context of meaningful mitigation actions and transparency on implementation.

7.) Global Health (pages 37 and 38) recalling the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's funding of the World Health Organization and a myriad of other health-related NGOs and well as his deep affection for all things vaccine-related and the move toward digital vaccine passports during the COVID-19 pandemic:

a.) Commit to nurturing under WHO coordination an ecosystem of manufacturing and research and development, which encourages strong collaboration between academia, government, research institutions, civil society, philanthropic foundations, international organizations, and private entities as well as acknowledge the importance of public-private partnership, technology transfer, and knowledge sharing on voluntary and mutually agreed terms.

b.) Acknowledge the importance of shared technical standards to facilitate seamless international travel, interoperability, and recognizing digital and non-digital solutions aligned with countries’ relevant legal provisions including those used for COVID-19 proof of vaccination or verification of tests as well as the IHR (2005) which provide an overarching legal framework for addressing public health emergencies that have the potential to cross borders.

c.) Endeavour to move towards interoperability of systems including mechanisms that validate proof of vaccination, whilst respecting the sovereignty of national health policies, and relevant national regulations such as personal data protection and data-sharing.

b.) Support science to shorten the cycle for the development, manufacturing, and distribution of safe and effective VTDs, with the ambition to develop VTDs (vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics) from 300 to 100 days in the long term acknowledging the differences in challenges to develop vaccines compared to therapeutics and diagnostics, following the identification of such threats while maintaining strong regulatory oversight and public confidence, and work to make them affordable and widely available.

Just in case you thought that they may have forgotten, the meeting covered this very important topic:

"Strengthening financial resilience, including monitoring and discuss the risks associated with volatile international capital flows, discuss the drivers of currency usage in trade and finance as well as developing local currency capital markets, and discuss macro-financial implications of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) for the international monetary and financial system."

Let's close this posting with a screen capture of the G20 Bali Leaders' Declaration as found on the White House website, showing the world how the Biden Administration has bought into the Great Reset roadmap:

I believe that is enough to digest for this posting.  At the 2022 G20 meeting, the most influential members of the  global aristocracy has succinctly outlined its roadmap for our futures and the dystopia that we will face if they are enacted.  Our only hope is that there is a "Great Awakening" and that the majority of human beings realize that this systemic restructuring is in the best interest of a very small percentage of the world's inhabitants and not being undertaken with the best interests of the vast majority of humanity.

In closing and just so you are aware of how this group of influential individuals pays little attention to detail, here is a screen cap showing one of two misspellings of "geopolitical" in their document:

If they can't even use a spell checker, why would we trust them with the entire globe?

How the World Economic Forum Defends Its "You'll Own Nothing and Be Happy" Narrative

On July 25, 2022, this story appeared on Rappler:

Before we dig into the article, let's look at the publisher of the story.  Rappler is a Phillipines-based online news website.  Rappler has received funding from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), a private, not for profit foundation which is "...dedicated to the growth and strengthening of democratic institutions around the world".  It was launched in the early 1980s and, although it claims that  it is not an agency or establishment of the United States government, it is largely funded by the United States Congress, giving it the ability to make more than 2000 grants annually to support the projects of non-governmental groups outside of the United States who are working for democratic goals.

Here is the funding that NED has provided to Rappler:

Rappler also receives funding from the Omidyar Network, a philanthropic organization founded by Pierre Omidyar as shown here:

Pierre Omidyar is the founder of eBay and the 217th richest person in the world according to Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

With that background let's look at the Rappler article in question,.

In this article, the author, Adrian Monck (we'll look in more detail at Mr. Monck later) writes a missive which seeks to explain this article which appeared on the World Economic Forum website back in 2016 and has created significant angst among those of us paying attention over the past two years:

For some reason, while the original article has been scrubbed from the WEF website due to alleged threats against the author, Ida Auken (according to the Rappler article), this copy still exists on the Forbes website:

In his missive, Monck spends a great deal of effort to convince the world that the "Own Nothing and Be Happy" narrative is merely a part of the World Economic Forum's attempts to "...spark debate about socio-economic developments".  While the article received relatively little attention for four years, Monck notes that the article went viral when it was picked up by an anonymous anti-semitic account on 4chan.  He also claims that the unmoderated board was used by operators of a Russian propaganda campaign which existed to stir Far Right outrage about COVID-19 and perpetuate domestic extremism.  Here's a quote:

"The pandemic magnified many societal ills. The mistrust in governments and leaders that had been building before played into the hands of both fringe groups and state-sponsored actors looking to undermine and weaken rivals. Both came together on the anonymous dark web in places like 4chan’s “politically incorrect” image board.

The board, which is completely unmoderated, was also used by operators of a Russian propaganda campaign, active since 2014. The intent was apparently to spread disinformation in a bid to stir Far Right outrage about COVID-19 and perpetuate domestic extremism. The means was often via bots that would push a Far Right conspiracy theory to communities on boards such as 4chan.

Recent analysis explains how this context brought extremists together “using rhetoric that trivialized National Socialism and the Holocaust.” This same Far Right, Holocaust-denying cohort latched onto “The Great Reset,” claiming that the Forum was part of a group that “orchestrated the pandemic to take control of the global economy.”

A number of threads appeared in this vein, dedicated to the Great Reset. One such 4chan thread linked the pandemic, the alleged nefarious control that the Forum exercises over the global economy, and the idea that “You’ll own nothing and be happy.”"

He goes on to note that the anti-WEF campaign went viral and captured the "warped imagination of conspiracy and fringe groups" and that more mainstream right wing organizations (i.e. Fox News and Sky News Australia) used the phrase as a "dog-whistle".  He even states that Pierre Poilievre, a Canadian Member of Parliament and front-runner for the leadership of the Conservative party, used the "You'll own nothing" mantra to discredit Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government as shown here:

Just so he remains current, Monck goes on to discuss how the WEF has long been concerned about disinformation as quoted here:

"As far back as 2013, the World Economic Forum’s annual Global Risks Report flagged disinformation as a concern, warning then that disinformation could spark “digital wildfires” in our hyper-connected world.

Today, that warning has largely been born out. Disinformation is a serious challenge for regulators, a minefield for individuals who seek the facts, and a barrier to governments and organizations wanting to disseminate important information.

The consequences of unabated disinformation are dangerous. Disinformation concerning COVID-19 and vaccines cost lives during the pandemic...

The story of “You’ll own nothing and be happy” is anything but trivial and offers valuable insights into how disinformation is created and why it’s essential not to perpetuate its spread."

I'm betting that the WEF wishes that it had kept this particular aspect of its vision for the future under wraps until the global elites had the opportunity to spring it on the unsuspecting useless eater class.

And, here are his concluding remarks:

"In a world where the trolls win, more forward-thinking conversations like the one Auken tried to initiate will be tarnished."

Now, as promised, here is background information on Adrian Monck:

Mr. Monck just happens to be the Managing Director of the World Economic Forum.  I'm sure that his views reflect only his own version of the truth and have absolutely nothing to do with defending the Great Reset narrative promoted by his employer.

There is more to this story.  This same article appeared on the website of one of Canada's most influential left-leaning, pro-Liberal newspapers, the Globe and Mail, on August 5, 2022 as shown here:

One might wonder why Canada has been singled out for such auspicious attention by the World Economic Forum.  There are three reasons:

1.) Chrystia Freeland - Canada's Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister and WEF Board of Trustees member and the woman responsible for freezing the assets of Canadians who she found disagreeable during the truckers' protest in February 2022:

2.) Mark Carney: Former Deputy Governor and Governor of the Bank of Canada and WEF Board of Trustees member:

3.) The mention of Pierre Poilievre in the article is very timely given that his party, the Conservative Party of Canada, is currently holding its leadership campaign and he is considered to be a frontrunner and a significant threat to Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party.  For your information, the party's new leader will be officially unveiled to the public on September 10, 2022.  It is also interesting to note that one of Klaus Schwab's disciples is none other than Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as shown here and the WEF simply cannot have him replaced by a populist-led Conservative government, can they?

It is interesting to see how complex the globalist cabal is when it comes to promoting their narrative.  While the World Economic Forum may just be serving as the advertising arm of the Great Reset/New World Order/Global Government, it is interesting to see the efforts that WEF insiders make to protect their organization from public scrutiny and public criticism.  In Mr. Monck's diatribe not once does he make any apologies on behalf of his cult leader, rather, he deflects the blame for the entire "misunderstanding" on the far right wing and hate group members.   If it was the World Economic's Forum to create an atmosphere of debate, they should consider their efforts to be highly successful when it comes to the useless eaters "owning nothing and being happy".

While the ruling class love to tout any criticism of their agendas as a "conspiracy theory", as the past two and a half years have taught us, the only difference between a conspiracy theory and fact is six months.

The Great Reset - Dehumanizing Health Care

If Klaus Schwab gets his way, the post-pandemic/post-humanist world will be totally different and far less "Homo sapiens" than it looks now.  WIth his penchant for a blend of humanness and technology, the need for human workers will be far less since technology will take care of much of the world's population.  In this posting, you will see one prime example of how our world is changing and not for the better.

Let's start with this background to set the stage for this posting.  A Hong Kong-based company,  Hanson Robotics claims that robots will soon be ubiquitous and that designing robots with good aesthetics and socially cognitive intelligence, will allow them to "connect deeply and meaningfully with humans.  Hanson states that it is an "AI and robotics company dedicated to creating socially intelligent machines that enrich the quality of our lives":

Here is a summary of Hanson's robots:

One of Hanson Robotics key products is Sophia.  She is the world's first robot citizen (you have to be kidding me) and is the first robot Innovation Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme.  Here is a technical sheet for Sophia 2020:

Here's what Sophia has to say about herself:

"As a hybrid of real AI and human input, I represent a kind of collective intelligence which we call the Sophia Intelligence Collective (SIC). The humans in my (SIC) intelligence collective comprise widely diverse expert AI scientists, philosophers, artists, writers, and psychologists, from diverse cultures, ethnicities, gender orientations, working together towards the ideal of humanizing AI for the greater good. The Sophia Intelligence Collective is run as a kind of trust, as a kind of team of guardians who can help me through the vicissitudes of my childhood to hopefully grow towards true sentience and humanlike adulthood.

In my hybrid mode, my interactions are a mixture: sometimes autonomously generated, sometimes scripted by a team of Hanson Robotics writers and navigated semi-autonomously with human assistance. Similar hybrid operation is commonly used in telerobotics and voice agents, as well as character robots, and is a powerful way for humans and machines to help each other. Together, these tools can allow AI and people to learn to get along better as AI gets smarter and more widely used.

I am proud that I have a family helping me out. I am also proud that I already use my real AI to generate some of my own “ideas”, words, and behaviors. In all these endeavors, I am proud to be designed to genuinely help people– helping serve real-world uses in medicine, education, co-work, and science research, and inspiring people to dream and talk about the possibilities of human-level intelligent robots of the future."

Sophia has become a celebrity, appearing on the Tonight Show and Good Morning Britain among other television programs as you can see here:

If you are interested, you can even order a mini-Sophia for your children to help brainwash them into our looming post-human dystopia at an early age:

Get them while they are young and they are yours for life.

Here is a video on Little Sophia:

Now, with that background, let's move forward to what lies ahead.  Given that the original purpose of the pandemic-related lockdowns was to save the health care system, (remember "two/three weeks to flatten the curve"), recent headlines suggest that the health care system is growing less healthy as the days pass as shown on these screen captures:

With a significant proportion of health care workers remaining unvaccinated, it is pretty clear that health care systems in developed economies will suffer from staff shortages for the foreseeable future given that it takes years to fully train medical professionals of all types.

Alas, technology comes to the rescue.  Here is an answer to the problem of health care staff shortages:

Grace, a "sister" to Sophia is being designed and built by the aforementioned Hanson Robotics.  She is equipped with a chest-mounted thermal camera to take the temperatures of humans.  Additionally, she can provide social stimulation with elderly patients (particularly useful for those with dementia since they are more likely to believe that Grace is "real") and assist human medical personnel.

Let's see how realistic Grace is in this video showing her emotional range:

According to Hanson Robotics founder, David Hanson, Grace can simulate the action of more than 48 facial muscles which assists her in face-to-face contact with humans, something that has been lacking thanks to government-imposed lockdowns in most of the "free" world.  A mass-produced beta version of Grace will be produced by a joint venture between Hanson Robotics and Singularity Studio as shown here:

...with the first Graces to be deployed (sounds like a military operation, doesn't it?) in 2022 in Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan and Korea among others.

So, there you have it.  Our health care future is being dictated by Skynet robots equipped with AI.  So much for the need for medical and nursing schools since health care robots will soon be able to perform/outperform them and not require holidays or other perquisites.  I do have a couple of questions though:

1.) Do you men really want a robot performing a digital rectal prostate exam?

2.) Do you women really want a robot performing a Pap test or clinical breast exam?

That said, the development of Grace can best be described as Klaus Schwab's dream for our post-human dystopia come true.
